About our Lecturer - Adrian "AWER" Garcia:
Adrian "AWER" Garcia is a distinguished community artist and proud native of Phoenix, Arizona. With over 30 years of experience, AWER has honed his craft from a young age, specializing in mural creation using spray paint as his primary medium. His artistic style is deeply rooted in the graffiti art subculture. His impressive portfolio includes collaborations with notable entities such as Walmart, Amazon, the United States Military, and NASCAR at Phoenix Raceway. Currently, AWER serves as the Live Art Curator for Family First Fridays at the Arizona Center in downtown Phoenix.
