Dr. Alain-Philippe Durand will be the keynote speaker at Northern Arziona University's French Film Festival "Vive la Différence! Gender and French Comedy" on March 2, 2012. He will give the public lecture "Hilarious French Fellas: From The Waterer Watered to Welcome to the Sticks".
Dr. Durand is Interim Director of Africana Studies, Director of the School of International Languages, Literatures, and Cultures (SILLC), and Professor of French at the University of Arizona.
